Renée Rozemeijer

Welcome to my portfolio website! My name is Renee Rozemeijer and I am 19 years old. At the moment I am at my final year of my education ‘Game Artist’ at Mediacollege Amsterdam. After I graduate, I want to continue learning at a new school to possibly improve my skills and knowledge.

From February 2019 to July 2019, I did an internship at GamePoint in The Hague. I learned a lot about working at a big company and also learned about the details of the software Illustrator. By doing this I mainly improved on my 2D skills, yet I also did a 3D internship. This happened at the ministry of Defence (Serious Gaming Center) where I learned a lot about how serious games work and it also was interesting to learn about the military life. I had to make a lot of realistic models for simulations that had its limits, so it was important I understood more about getting a clean edge-flow and minimalizing the amount of poly’s.

I love it to make realistic illustrations and want to develop myself widely, this is so I can show a lot more about myself. I like to work with a group, yet I often find myself working on small projects just by myself.
